Education
CaringRaiseFoundationIndia’s flagship programme, Mission Education, aims to empower underprivileged children by providing education, nutrition, and wellness support. The programme aligns with the New Education Policy (2020) and SDG Goal 4 (Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all). Mission Education supports children aged 3–18 living in difficult circumstances, including those from poor families, differently abled children, disaster-affected children, abandoned and street children, and those in tribal regions, remote villages, and hard-to-reach areas.
Livelihood
CaringRaiseFoundationIndia, through its Livelihood programme, connects unemployed or underemployed youth from disadvantaged groups and communities with sectors that have high growth potential in terms of revenue generation and employability. Youth who are underutilised in the job market due to a lack of qualifications and training are upskilled, empowered, and integrated into the workforce to become part of the nation’s growth story. The programme complements the government’s Skill India mission and aligns with Sustainable Development Goals 4 and 8.
Medical
CaringRaiseFoundationIndia’s comprehensive and community-centric health programme takes primary healthcare services to the doorsteps of underserved communities in both rural and urban India. Following a two-pronged approach, the programme provides curative as well as preventive services, addressing the gaps in availability, accessibility, and affordability of healthcare.
Women Empowerment
CaringRaiseFoundationIndia’s women empowerment programme, Swabhiman, initiated in 2005, reaches out to marginalized and socially excluded women with interventions in nutrition, healthcare, and livelihood. The programme empowers women through innovative community-based practices, enabling them to access healthcare and drive sustainable change within their communities. It also supports women in becoming aware, skilled, and financially independent. Swabhiman promotes gender equality by actively involving men and boys in the journey of women’s empowerment.
Disaster Response
CaringRaiseFoundationIndia, through its Disaster Response programme, extends timely emergency relief to children and their families during natural calamities. With a focus on welfare and rehabilitation, the foundation responds to the immediate needs of disaster-affected communities while ensuring long-term recovery through support in education, healthcare, and livelihood. From the Kashmir earthquake in 2005 to the Fani cyclone in 2019 and the Assam floods in 2022, CaringRaiseFoundationIndia has taken swift action to deliver aid and rebuild lives. The foundation has also responded to major disasters such as the Tsunami, Maharashtra floods, Bihar floods, and Uttarakhand floods.

Shiksha Na Ruke
Childhood is said to be the best part of human life – an age where we are carefree, safe and happy. But a happy childhood is not the reality for many children, who are out-of-school. There are many reasons for children to drop out of school – from challenging socio-economic circumstances, to lack of awareness in communities where education is not seen as a priority.

Health Cannot Wait
Last mile delivery of healthcare is always challenging in a country as vast and diverse as India. The uneven distribution of healthcare infrastructure, as well as medical professionals, makes quality healthcare services inaccessible to a large population living in rural areas. Urban slum dwellers, on the other hand, suffer from a lack of awareness, adverse living conditions, and the unwillingness to lose a day’s wage in order to reach the nearest medical facility.

Education
Going to school not only ensures a dignified future and a happy present for children, but also gives them a safe space to express themselves, learn, share and grow. Children who drop out often have to work as child labour, are pushed into child marriages, or even become victims of child trafficking.
